RECYCLED YOGA BLANKET

The Traditional Asana Yoga Blanket is made from recycled materials, suitable for Iyengar yoga practice.

The Yoga blanket can be used folded as a neck support during the Salamba Sarvangasana asana.

It is an alternative to a support cushion or bolster, and can be used as a support during certain postures, for example, Supta Vahada konasana, Bharadvajasana.
