Our Yoga Bolster ECO made of 100% organic cotton supports you in many yoga and Pilates exercises. The yoga roll is often used in slower yoga styles such as Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga or Prenatal Yoga. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, the bolster can also be used for back-bending and chest-openers.

The ECO yoga bolster consists of a removable cover made of 100% high-quality organic cotton and a ticking filled with organic spelt hulls. The cover can be removed and machine washed at 30°C. The ticking also has a zipper for adding or removing the spelt hull filling. A carrying strap makes it easy to carry.

Extra small organic cotton yoga bolster

Our Mini Bolster ECO is lightweight, handy and versatile. You can use it like a conventional yoga cushion, for chest-opening poses or as a cushion during meditation. Thanks to its small size, the Mini Bolster is also very useful as a small support cushion for the knees during meditation, as a neck cushion or as an aid for various yoga exercises.

The Mini Bolster, like all articles from the ECO series, has a cover made of 100% robust and durable organic cotton. You can remove the cover and machine wash it at 30°C. The ticking is filled with buckwheat hulls, which you can remove or refill if necessary.
